1. About us

YourSnowPlanner.com (the "Website") is owned and operated by Ronagh and Associates, an Ontario-based corporation registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of services

We provide ski trip planning and consulting services for travel to Argentina and Chile. Our services are limited to written recommendations, planning calls, custom itineraries, and optional add-on guidance (such as suggested transfers, accommodations, equipment rental sources, instructors, guides, restaurants and experiences).

Specifically, our services include:

• Essential ($99, was $199), written trip recommendations delivered within 48 hours by email.
• Blueprint ($199, was $399), everything in Essential plus two private video calls to design the trip together.
• Concierge (custom), everything in Blueprint plus WhatsApp support before and during the trip.
• Add-On services, supplementary guidance attached to any planning package.

3. Limitations of services

We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform. We do not sell flights, hotels, lift tickets, insurance, transfers, equipment, or third-party services. We do not act as your agent for any reservation or transaction.

All bookings, reservations and purchases are made by you directly with the respective third-party provider. You are solely responsible for confirming availability, pricing, terms, cancellation policies, payment, travel documentation, visas, vaccinations and travel insurance.

Recommendations are based on our experience and available information at the time of delivery. Snow conditions, weather, lift operations, road access, resort openings, accommodation availability, flight schedules, transfers, ski schools, rental shops, guides, medical services, restaurants and any third-party provider can change without notice. We make no guarantees regarding snow quality, weather, safety, availability, pricing, or any travel outcome.

4. Payment and refunds

Fees are payable in advance in USD. Once planning work has begun (defined as the first written response, scheduled call, or itinerary draft), services are non-refundable. If we fail to deliver the agreed deliverable within the stated response window, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your dates, group, ski level, budget and preferences.
• Independently verify all third-party information before booking.
• Carry adequate travel insurance, including medical, evacuation and trip cancellation cover.
• Comply with all local laws, resort rules, avalanche safety guidance and guide instructions.
• Assess your own physical fitness and ski ability for the terrain you choose to ski.

6. Assumption of risk

Skiing, snowboarding, backcountry travel, heli-skiing, ski touring, mountaineering, snowmobiling and related winter mountain activities involve inherent and significant risks, including risk of injury or death. You acknowledge and accept these risks. Ronagh and Associates is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay or expense arising from your participation in any activity, your use of any third-party service, or any travel undertaken based on our recommendations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or trip interruption costs.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, text, images, itineraries, guides, planning materials, branding and design, is owned by Ronagh and Associates or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell or repurpose any content without our prior written consent. Personalized plans delivered to you are licensed for your personal trip use only.

9. Communications

By contacting us or purchasing a service, you consent to receive email and, where you have opted in, SMS messages related to your trip planning, your purchase, and operational updates. See our Privacy Policy for details on marketing communications, opt-out rights, and how we handle your information.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
