1. Who we are

YourSnowPlanner.com is operated by Ronagh and Associates, an Ontario-based corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through this Website and our services.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide: name, email address, phone number (if you opt in to SMS), trip details, dates, group size, ski level, budget, preferences, and any messages you send us.
• Free guide downloads: when you request our South America Ski Guide, we collect your email address and (optionally) your name.
• Payment information: processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Automatic data: IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected via standard server logs and analytics.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5.

3. How we use your information

• Deliver the planning service you purchased (email responses, calls, itineraries, add-ons).
• Send the free South America Ski Guide and related follow-up content.
• Respond to inquiries submitted via the contact form or questionnaire.
• Send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, scheduling, delivery of plans).
• Send SMS messages where you have explicitly opted in, including verification codes and trip-related updates.
• Send occasional marketing emails about new guides, season notes and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Improve the Website, our content and our services through aggregated analytics.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

4. Email and SMS communications

Email: by submitting your email through any form on the Website (free guide download, planning questionnaire, contact form, purchase) you consent to receive emails from us related to that request and, where applicable, follow-up marketing emails. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (purchase receipts, plan delivery, scheduling) are sent for the duration of the engagement and are not subject to unsubscribe.

SMS: SMS messages are only sent if you explicitly provide a phone number and opt in. SMS may be used for phone verification, two-factor authentication, scheduling reminders, and short trip-related updates. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

Marketing: we do not sell your personal information. Marketing communications are sent only by Ronagh and Associates on behalf of YourSnowPlanner.com. You can opt out of marketing at any time without affecting your purchased services.

5. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: required for the Website to function (session, security, form submission). These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: help us understand which pages are visited and how the Website is used, in aggregate.
• Functional cookies: remember choices such as your country preference or whether you've already seen the lead magnet popup.
• Marketing cookies: used to measure the performance of ads and email campaigns. Only set if applicable and where permitted.

10. Security

The Website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients where appropriate.
