Snow-covered Andes peak under a clear blue sky, backdrop for South America ski trip add-on services
Add-On Services

We book the rest of your trip for you.

Add-ons come after your planning package. Once your consultation is done and the plan is set, pick the pieces you'd like me to handle, and everything gets booked directly with trusted operators on the ground.

How Add-Ons Work

First the plan. Then we book the extras.

Every trip starts with a planning package. Once your plan is ready, you get a short list of add-ons to pick from. Anything you tick, transfers, guides, an asado, a football match, gets arranged through my network in Argentina and Chile, priced fairly, meeting points set, confirmations locked in.

Transfers & Transportation

Airport pickups, resort shuttles, private drivers and rental-car setup, coordinated door-to-door across Argentina and Chile.

Accommodation

We book the hotel, lodge or apartment that matches your resort, budget and travel style, with rates we've negotiated over the years.

Equipment Rental

Skis, snowboards and boots reserved at the right shop in the right town, with your sizes and pickup times set before you land.

Ski Instructors & Mountain Guides

Vetted English-speaking instructors and certified guides for lessons, off-piste, backcountry and ski touring, with dates and meeting points arranged.

Excursions

Day trips built around your itinerary, Patagonia lakes, wineries, glaciers, hot springs and cultural stops, booked with trusted local operators.

Football Stadium Experience

Boca, River and top Argentine matches, secured with safe seating, transport and a local guide who handles the stadium day for you.

Private Asado Experience

A real Argentine asado at a private home or estancia, whole cuts on the grill, Malbec and a local host, arranged for your group.

Wine Experiences

Mendoza and Chilean wine country tastings, private cellar visits and vineyard lunches paired with your ski dates.

Sightseeing

City stopovers and signature sights in Buenos Aires, Santiago, Bariloche and Patagonia, added to the front or back of your ski trip.

Add-Ons FAQ

Quick answers before you book.

Are add-ons included in the planning fee?
No. The planning package covers the plan. Add-ons are booked separately and paid at operator prices, no markup.
What if I skip an add-on after booking, do I get a refund?
Depends on the operator's policy. Every confirmation lists cancellation terms before you pay, so nothing is a surprise.
Can add-ons cover a group?
Yes. Groups up to around 12 people run smoothly across ski instructors, transfers, asados and football days. Larger than that, ask first.
What happens if my flight is delayed or a lift closes?
Transfers get rebooked and mountain days get reshuffled. That's why I'd always advise going through one point of contact instead of chasing operators in Spanish at 2 a.m.
